Your VDPs turn over faster than Google crawls them
Most dealer SEO is sold in sessions and impressions. Yours gets measured in units and gross. We work the parts of search visibility that move regardless of who owns your website platform: authority, content, local presence, and how inventory pages get crawled, indexed, and retired cleanly when a unit sells.
What better visibility is worth in gross
Enter your own numbers. Nothing is submitted and nothing is gated. The arithmetic is shown under the result so you can check it against your own statement.
80 units × 45% online sourced = 36.0 units · 20% lift = 7.2 additional units/mo · $4,200 gross = $30,240/mo · $362,880/year
The Titanium program is $575 a month, or $6,900 a year. That is 1.9 percent of the gross above.
You do not control your website. We know.
Your site is a platform. Dealer.com, DealerOn, Dealer Inspire, CDK, Sincro, fusionZONE or Dealer eProcess, often mandated or co-op subsidized by the OEM. Templates cannot be freely edited, module order is fixed, and the parts you can change are the parts the platform decides you can change.
So any pitch that opens with rebuilding your website is uninformed. What actually moves is off platform and inside the parts of the platform you do control: authority from real placements, content that the templates never covered, local presence for each rooftop, and how your inventory pages are crawled and retired.
Where the platform blocks a fix, we say so in plain English and work the next lever instead. Where a change is possible through your platform's own tools or your provider's support queue, we write the exact request for you to send, in the language their support team uses.
The same applies to co-op. Depending on your brand's co-op guidelines, some of this spend may be claimable and some will not be, and the rules change often enough that anyone who states them as fact is guessing. We will tell you what we have seen work and leave the claim itself with your co-op contact.
We know you cannot touch your templates. Here is exactly what still moves.
What actually breaks on dealer sites
VDPs at scale
Hundreds or thousands of detail pages that turn over constantly. The job is getting them crawled while the unit is still on the lot.
Retiring inventory
When a car sells, its page should not become a soft 404 or a crawl trap. How sold units are retired affects the whole domain.
Platform boilerplate
Every store on your platform inherits the same OEM copy and the same model descriptions. Differentiation has to come from outside the templates.
SRP versus VDP
Search results pages serve browse intent, detail pages serve specific intent. Treating them the same wastes both.
The ignored half
Service and parts carry higher margin than most vehicle sales, and service drive search is far less contested. Most dealer SEO ignores it completely.
- Unit lands
- VDP live
- Crawled while live
- Sold
- Retired cleanly
Where that chain breaks, crawl budget goes to pages that no longer sell anything. On a store carrying 600 units with monthly turn, that is most of the crawl budget. The failure is rarely dramatic. It shows up as inventory that takes weeks to appear in search, sold units still ranking months later, and a slow decline nobody can point at a cause for.
There is a second problem underneath it. Cars.com, AutoTrader, CarGurus, Edmunds, KBB and the rest outrank dealers for their own inventory constantly, because they have the authority and the crawl frequency that an individual rooftop does not. Part of an honest pitch is being clear about which of those fights you can win and which you should stop paying for.
What we do
Every plan is month to month and includes a dedicated account manager. Setup fee is waived on all tiers. Reputation management is available and priced on request.
- Guest postsReal outreach placements of 2,000 words or more on domains with a Domain Authority of 20 or above. Each one arrives as a live, clickable URL.
- Web 2.0 propertiesAssets built on high-authority platforms rated DA 50 and above, acting as satellite properties that point back to your site. You own them permanently.
- Amplification linksTier-two support pointing at the assets above, strengthening them for discovery and indexing rather than pointing at your own domain directly.
- Premium indexingPaid indexing APIs so new placements get crawled in days rather than waiting on organic discovery.
- Content gap analysisThe terms your competitors rank for and you do not, sorted by what is realistically winnable from where you stand today.
- Toxic link check with disavowA review of what is already pointing at your domain, and a disavow file for anything that is doing damage. Titanium only.
Five kinds of store, five different searches
Treating all five identically is the most common mistake generalist agencies make. Intent, competition and seasonality are not the same across them, so the programs are not either.
Franchise
You compete against your own OEM national site and every same brand store in the region. Co-op dollars come with compliance strings, and platform lock in is at its most severe here.
Tier three, co-op, OEM compliance02Independent and used
You own your site, which is an advantage almost no franchise store has. The fight is price, inventory and marketplace dependency.
Full site control03Buy here pay here
Hyper local and credit focused. Search behavior runs through approval language rather than model names, and trust signals outweigh selection.
Approval intent, reputation weight04Luxury and specialty
You sell nationally, sometimes internationally. Geography matters far less, rarity and model search matter far more, and the consideration cycle is long.
National reach, long cycle05Powersports, RV, marine
Strongly seasonal and lifestyle led. Research starts months before purchase, and these unit types are the ones dealer SEO ignores most often.
Seasonal, lifestyle led researchEvery link arrives as a live URL you can click
Most link reports are summaries. Ours is a list. Every placement is delivered with a live, clickable URL, and the assets stay yours forever whether you continue with us or not. That single commitment is the clearest difference between this and most of what lands in your inbox.
Reporting is plain English. What went live, where it went live, what moved, and what we are doing next month. No dashboards that require a walkthrough to interpret, and no metric chosen because it happened to go up.

Build the program
Pick a program, add content if you want it, and watch the monthly total. Nothing is preselected and nothing commits you to anything. Arriving from the calculator preselects the program your own numbers point at.
Delivered through LavishContent. Every tier includes keyword research, posting directly to your site with author level access, a featured image, revisions until approved, and full content ownership.

Questions dealers ask
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Nobody can, and any agency that does is telling you something they cannot control. We commit to the work, the deliverables and the reporting, all of which you can verify every month against a list of live URLs.
We are locked into our OEM platform. Can you still help?
Yes, and it is the normal situation rather than the exception. Authority building, content, local presence and off platform assets all work regardless of who owns the CMS. Where a fix requires platform access, we write the exact request for you to send to your provider.
Do you need access to our website or DMS?
No. We do not have access to your platform or your DMS and we never claim otherwise. Content posting happens with author level access only if you buy that service, and you can revoke it at any time.
How is this reported?
Every link is delivered as a live, clickable URL in a list, not a summary. You own the assets forever, including if you cancel. Reporting is written in plain English rather than exported from a dashboard that needs a walkthrough.
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime. Setup fees are waived on all tiers, every plan includes a dedicated account manager, and pricing starts at $65 a month.
How long before we see anything?
Placement turnaround runs from 8 to 18 days depending on tier. Movement in competitive automotive search usually shows over three to six months, and we would rather say that now than promise faster and explain later.
Send us the store. We will send back the gap.
A free analysis takes about four minutes to request. You get the keyword gap against the stores you actually compete with, what your inventory pages are doing in the index, and where the fixed ops opportunity sits. No call required to receive it.
