Shoppers search the model months before they search your inventory
Somebody who buys a vehicle in June started reading about it in February. They compared two trims, worked out what it tows, read what fails at 80,000 miles, and decided what they wanted long before they looked at a single listing.
Every one of those searches happened. None of them happened on your site, because your site has an inventory feed and a contact page and nothing in between.
That research phase currently belongs to manufacturers, forums and third-party marketplaces. It is winnable, it stays won for years, and it is the part of the funnel your inventory pages structurally cannot reach.

How the work runs
- 01 Market reviewYour store, your competitors, and what search actually looks like in your market.
- 02 Keyword analysisThe terms that carry buying intent for your brands, models, locations and service drive.
- 03 On-page checksWhat your platform is doing to your inventory pages, and which of it can be changed.
- 04 Authority buildReal placements on real domains, every one delivered as a live URL you can click.
- 05 Report and refinePlain English every month. What went live, what moved, what happens next.
What every content plan includes
- Keyword research for every postEach piece is aimed at a search that actually happens, chosen against your stock and your market rather than against a generic automotive content calendar.
- SEO writing, not fillerWritten to answer the query properly, because content that ranks briefly and helps nobody produces a visit and no unit.
- Posted directly to your siteWith author-level access if you want that, so nothing sits in your queue waiting for someone to publish it. You can revoke the access at any time.
- A featured image with each postIncluded, so a post does not go live looking unfinished.
- Revisions until you approve itNot a fixed number of rounds. If it is not right it gets rewritten.
- Full content ownershipEverything written stays yours permanently, including if you cancel the plan next month.
What to write when your inventory changes every month
The instinct is to write about the cars on the lot. It is the wrong instinct, because a page about a vehicle that sells in five weeks has no time to rank and nothing to show for the effort once the car is gone.
Content earns its keep on pages that stay up. There are four kinds worth the money on a dealer site, and they are the same four in almost every market.
Model research pages, covering a model or a generation rather than a unit: what changed year to year, what the trims actually differ on, what goes wrong, what it costs to run. These stay relevant for years and they catch the searcher months before they are ready to buy.
Comparison content, one model against another, which is the highest-intent research search that exists and which almost no dealer publishes. Financing and trade content, answering the questions people are too self-conscious to ask a salesperson. And service content, which is year-round, less contested than anything on the sales side, and attached to better margin.
Write about the model, not the unit. The unit will be gone before the page ranks.
Why generic content packages fail on dealer sites
Most content packages produce blog posts about industry trends. On a dealership site that is money set on fire, because nobody searching for a vehicle has ever read a dealer blog post about industry trends.
The second failure is duplication. Every store carrying a line receives the same manufacturer copy, so a content plan that lightly rewrites the brochure produces pages that already exist on two hundred other dealer sites. Search has no reason to prefer yours and generally does not.
The third is that dealer content is usually written by somebody who has never worked in a store. It reads as though it was, and the audience notices immediately. Getting the vocabulary right, front and back gross, trade, service drive, used correctly and sparingly, is the difference between a page a dealer trusts and one they close.
What we do instead is aim the plan at the four categories above, sized to what you can realistically support. Four posts a month done properly beats thirty that nobody reads, which is why the smallest plan is four a month and not forty.
Questions about this service
How much does content cost?
From $26 a month for four 500-word posts to $480 a month for thirty 2,500-word posts. All twelve combinations are published on this page, priced monthly rather than per post, and independent of your SEO tier.
Who actually writes it?
It is delivered through LavishContent, a sister brand of the parent agency. Every piece goes through keyword research first and comes back for revision until you approve it.
Will you post it to our site for us?
Yes, with author-level access that you grant and can revoke at any time. If your platform does not allow author accounts, which is common on mandated OEM platforms, we deliver the files and your provider publishes them.
Should we write about individual vehicles in stock?
Generally no. A unit sells before its page has time to rank, so the effort produces nothing. The exception is luxury and specialty inventory, where a rare car justifies its own page and that page should become an archive rather than being deleted on sale.
Do we own the content if we cancel?
Yes, permanently and without conditions. Everything written for you stays yours whether you continue the plan or stop it next month.
Do these posts go on our site or somewhere else?
On your site, which is the point. Content published on a domain you do not control builds authority for somebody else. The guest post placements in the SEO program are the opposite case, deliberately: those live on other domains and point back at you. The two do different jobs and both are needed.
What happens if our platform blocks author accounts?
It is common on mandated OEM platforms and it does not stop the work. We deliver the finished files, formatted and with the image, and your provider publishes them through whatever process they support. The only thing lost is speed.
How many posts a month does a dealership actually need?
Four to eight for a single rooftop in most cases. Higher frequency makes sense when you carry several distinct lines, run multiple rooftops, or have a large service operation with genuinely different topics to cover.
What makes this different from the last pitch you got
- Every link arrives as a live URLNot a summary, not a count. A list you can click. Most competitors report link building in vague totals, and it is the single clearest difference between this and the rest of your vendor inbox.
- You own the assets foreverEvery placement and every property stays yours whether you continue with us or cancel next month. Nothing is rented and nothing gets switched off when an invoice stops.
- Month to month, setup waivedNo contract, no term, no onboarding fee on any tier. If a month is not worth paying for, do not pay for it.
- No ranking guaranteesWe do not guarantee rankings and we will not pretend to. Nobody controls the results page. We commit to the work, the deliverables and the reporting, which are the parts we do control.
- Plain English reportingWhat went live, where, what moved, what happens next month. Written to be read by someone who has a store to run.
- Since 2009, and a dedicated account managerUltra SEO Solutions has served more than 15,000 clients and promoted more than 28,500 websites, at 94 percent client retention. Every tier here includes a named account manager, not a shared queue.
