Most agency results pages are a wall of logos and percentages with nothing you can click. This one is short, every figure links to a published write-up, and it tells you plainly what it does not cover.
The five case studies below belong to the parent agency and none of them are automotive. We are not presenting them as automotive results, because they are not.
They are here because they are verifiable, each one links to the full write-up, and the method behind them is the method used here.

03Published work
Five case studies, all linked
Published on the parent site. Every one opens in full, with the work described rather than summarised as a number.
We have no published automotive case studies. If we did, they would be at the top of this page rather than the bottom, and inventing one would undermine the only thing this site is actually selling, which is that the reporting can be verified.
There is no logo wall here either, because putting a dealer's name on a website without their agreement is not something we do. If you want to speak to a reference, ask and we will find out who is willing.
What we can offer instead is verifiability during the engagement rather than testimonials before it. Every placement arrives as a live URL you can open, every month, from the first month.
05Modeled scenarios
What the arithmetic looks like on real store shapes
These are illustrative scenarios built from the arithmetic on this page. They are not client results and no client is described.
What this looks like for a 90-unit franchise store
Situation
A single-rooftop franchise store moving 90 units a month on a mandated OEM platform. Around 500 vehicles on the lot at any time, with monthly turn. The general manager can see traffic in the platform dashboard but cannot tie any of it to a unit sold.
Approach
Start with what the platform is doing to inventory pages, because that is where crawl budget is going. Build authority off-platform where the templates cannot block it. Work the service drive in parallel, since it is uncontested and the margin is better.
Modeled outcome
Modeled at 45 percent of sales starting online and a 20 percent visibility lift, that is roughly 8 additional web-sourced units a month. At $4,200 in combined front and back gross, the arithmetic lands near $400,000 a year against a $3,900 annual program cost.
What this looks like for a 30-unit independent lot
Situation
An independent used-car lot moving 30 units a month, owning its own site, and buying most of its leads from third-party marketplaces at a cost per lead that keeps climbing.
Approach
Full technical control means the whole technical program is actually available. Fix indexation first, then build the model and comparison content the marketplaces are ranking for, then reduce marketplace dependency rather than trying to eliminate it.
Modeled outcome
Modeled at 45 percent online-sourced and a 20 percent lift, that is around 2.7 additional units a month. At $2,600 gross that is roughly $84,000 a year. At that volume the honest recommendation is Golden at $235, not Platinum.
What the fixed ops opportunity looks like
Situation
A store with a service drive running well below capacity, competing for vehicle search against every same-brand rooftop in the region and losing most of it.
Approach
Service and parts search is a fraction as contested as vehicle search. Build the service pages the platform never shipped, work the local profile for service intent specifically, and generate reviews from the drive rather than only from the sales floor.
Modeled outcome
Fixed ops carries higher margin than most vehicle sales, and the search is cheaper to win. This is the single most consistently ignored opportunity in dealer SEO.
06Reporting
What verification actually looks like
This is the shape of the monthly placement log. Every row is a URL you can open and check, which is what makes the work verifiable without taking anybody's word for it.

09Questions
Questions about proof
Do you have automotive case studies?+
Not published ones, and we will not invent them. The five below are the parent agency's published work in other verticals, linked so you can read each in full. When we have automotive results worth publishing they will appear here with the same links and the same detail.
Why show case studies from other industries at all?+
Because they are verifiable and the method behind them is the method used here. They demonstrate that the approach produces results, which is a different claim from saying it produced those results for a dealership.
What are the modeled scenarios below?+
Arithmetic, clearly labelled. They show what the numbers look like for typical store shapes using the same model as the calculator. They are not clients, they contain no names and no quotations, and every one carries a visible disclaimer.
Can I speak to a reference?+
Ask, and we will see who is willing. We do not publish client names without agreement, which is the same reason there is no logo wall on this site.
How do I verify the link work myself?+
Every placement arrives as a live, clickable URL in a list rather than as a count. You can open each one and check it. That is the point of reporting it that way.
What results should we expect?+
Placement turnaround of 8 to 18 days depending on tier, so the work is verifiable almost immediately. Ranking movement in competitive automotive search usually shows across three to six months. We do not guarantee positions because nobody can.

The best proof is your own store.
Rather than asking you to trust a case study from another industry, we will analyze your actual site and send back what we find. It is free, it does not require a call, and it will tell you if the answer is no.
